The 6th Annual Flint Water Festival, July 2-4th, 2021 invited A Movement in Water in partnership with the Hydration Foundation to participate with water video art, education, and meditations by Maxi Cohen and award-winning composers. The festival is raising funds to replace lead and galvanized service lines going into 18,000 homes as ordered by EPA.
The Emergent Media Design Lab, at University of Irvine, California invited A Movement in Water™ to be part of their Living Systems Art and Design Collaboratory, recognizing the unique role of water as a self-organizing, self- regulating, and self-healing sustainable living system.
The Buckminster Fuller Institute recognizes A Movement in Water as a Design Science Studio project, offering partnership support over the next ten years. A Movement in Water™ is one of the seminal cohort of projects with global potential for regeneration of 100% of life.
