Gina Bria
Gina Bria is an anthropologist and founder of the Hydration Foundation, recognized as a leading resource for hydration science and education. She has been named a Real World Scholar and is included in the 2020 cohort of innovators for the Buckminster Fuller Design Science Decade. She launched the first Hydration Solution Summit, with 30 physicians and scientists to document the urgency of hydration in today's dehydrating environments and speaks often on new ways to hydrate besides liquid alone.
Co-author with Dr. Dana Cohen, MD of QUENCH: Your five day plan to Optimal Hydration and recommended by the New York Times, Oprah’s O Magazine, and NPR Cool Science. Bodies of Water, her science-to-policy chapter in New Global Agenda, is shaping approaches to water use around the globe. And her TEDxtalk How to Grow Water: It’s Not Only Blue; It’s Green has changed the conversation on hydration, making it easier for us all.
